A She Speaks Community Program
Every woman and girl carries a seed of greatness. Sister Seeds is where we plant it, water it, and watch it rise.
Sister Seeds is the year-round community program of She Speaks Community Co., a 501(c)(3) that has served more than 750 women since 2021. The conference is where we celebrate the harvest. Sister Seeds is where the planting happens: free monthly workshops, one-on-one healing support with a mentor, and leadership training for the next generation of girls. Every gift and every ticket helps plant another seed.
01 · Free monthly workshops
Join us on Zoom every third Wednesday from 7 to 8 PM ET, January 20 through December 15, 2027. Each session is led by a Community Mentor and gives you something you can use that week, from protecting your peace to growing your business. The sessions are free, and you can come to one or all twelve.

Healing should not depend on what is in your bank account. Healing Seed Grants pay for a woman to work one-on-one with a She Speaks mentor so she can heal, rebuild and move forward with support. Applications open in April 2027. Join the list and we will tell you the moment they open.
03 · For middle and high school girls
A free 4-week online leadership program that teaches up to 100 middle and high school girls confidence, communication, goal setting and how to lead in their schools and communities. Girls who complete the program can attend a 3-day Seedlings Retreat focused on empowerment and personal development, with scholarships available. Our first cohort begins in May 2028.
